- Update company Workforce plan monthly.
- Formulate & update employees' objectives and KPIs.
- Assemble and analyze performance appraisal results quarterly.
- Use workload analysis tools to optimize manpower.
- Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis.
- Develop succession planning tools and ensure effective implementation.
- Analyze employee satisfaction surveys, and follow up on the action plans.
- Developing HR policies, procedures, and documents.
- Ensure the Competencies ( Core & Technical ) are effective in all HR procedures and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.Holding an HR Diploma is a must.3: 5 years of experience in the same role.Excellent English speaker.Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PP, Visio ...).Excellent presentation and communication skills.SAP User is preferred.
