  • Update company Workforce plan monthly.
  • Formulate & update employees' objectives and KPIs.
  • Assemble and analyze performance appraisal results quarterly.
  • Use workload analysis tools to optimize manpower.
  • Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis.
  • Develop succession planning tools and ensure effective implementation.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction surveys, and follow up on the action plans.
  • Developing HR policies, procedures, and documents.
  • Ensure the Competencies ( Core & Technical ) are effective in all HR procedures and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.Holding an HR Diploma is a must.3: 5 years of experience in the same role.Excellent English speaker.Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PP, Visio ...).Excellent presentation and communication skills.SAP User is preferred.
