Project Coordination:
- Lead the technical office team in the coordination and integration of MEP systems with other construction disciplines.
- Ensure that MEP designs meet the project requirements, specifications, and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
Design:
- Oversee the preparation and review of MEP designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all designs are compliant with local codes and regulations.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical feedbacks and solutions.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Assist in the preparation of MEP budgets and cost estimatations.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Identify and manage potential cost-saving opportunities.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the technical office team, including engineers, draftsmen, and other technical staff.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure team performance aligns with project goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding MEP technical matters.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on MEP-related issues.
- Address and resolve any client or stakeholder concerns related to MEP works.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.Experience of 8-10 years in MEP engineering and project management.Proven track record of successfully managing MEP works in large-scale construction projects.Extensive experience in MEP design, project management, and construction.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.Proficient in using design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
