Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set specific digital marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create, manage, and oversee digital content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality content.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions and paid advertising.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO).
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google AdWords.
- Analyze performance of search marketing campaigns and report on results.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain an email marketing database.
- Design engaging and responsive email templates and ensure campaigns are mobile-friendly.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.
- Manage external vendors and agencies when necessary.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager at least 3 yearsExperience in the furniture or home decor industry preferred.Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
