Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system within NILEWOOD.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for all employees.
- Investigate and report all workplace accidents and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations.
- Collaborate with Nilewaste and ECO Forest to ensure safe and sustainable practices throughout the entire supply chain.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.Experience in fire prevention and emergency response within a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with fire safety regulations and best practices.Ability to conduct fire risk assessments and develop fire safety plans.Experience with fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.Possession of a relevant fire fighting certificate (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety certificate).
