  • Performs secretarial and administrative tasks such as reception services, mail distribution, post office duties
  • Maintains and manages company assets, vehicles, and other equipment and facilities
  • Arranges transfers, hotel booking, flights, entertainment and refreshments for visitors an company events
  • Performs daily tasks pertaining to general affairs acting as contact person with employees service providers, external agencies and authorities
  • Schedules and attends meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, circulating and following up on related actions
  • Support the HR Department and procurement in some tasks 

Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar roleHands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)Solid time-management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAwareness about Social insurance and labor office forms handling
