- Answer incoming calls timely.
- Design travel packages and itineraries.
- Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
- Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc.
- Handling FIT requests and creating bookings through different reservation systems along with direct contracting
- Sells readymade group packages for outbound Travel.
- Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfers for outbound travel.
- Follow up with clients through calls to provide updates on their existing bookings for all the booked travel services.
- Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.
- Handle holiday package operation for groups.
- Handles Customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
1: 4 years of Experience.Experience in the Gulf or Saudi market IS A MUSTExperience in Flight, hotel, and packages.Prefer experience in the Amadeus system.Good in English.
