Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models, textures, and materials for construction projects, including buildings, infrastructure, and site plans.
- Develop high-quality visualizations and animations that enhance the overall presentation of construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver assets that meet artistic and technical standards.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance without sacrificing quality.
- Produce realistic renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations and project approvals.

**Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and visualization.- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent.- Strong skills in texturing, shading, and lighting.- Experience with animation and visualization for construction projects.- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus.- Experience with game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity for real-time visualization.- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work, particularly in construction.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in VR/AR development for construction visualization.- Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation of tasks.- Knowledge of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).Demonstrating Experience:To effectively demonstrate your experience as a 3D Artist in construction projects, consider the following approaches:1.
