Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork completion, and benefits enrollment.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
Address employee concerns and guide employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Assist in compensation analysis, job evaluations, and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
Assist in the employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, generate HR reports, and ensure data confidentiality.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with legal counsel on HR-related matters, including employee grievances, claims, and audits.


Bachelor of Business or any related major1-2 years of experience Fluent in Arabic and English languagesFMCG background is preferable.
