  • Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Initiate contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, detailed information on leads and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.Track and report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Proven work experience as a Lead generator or similar role.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.Experience in shipping and E-commerce.Strong project and time management skills.Excellent English communication (verbal and written).Experience with cold calling.Experience with research and maintaining databases.Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience in using CRM.
