Achieving set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and developing/building relationships with new Clients .
Enhancing the marketing process for credit facilities ( Up Selling ) and coordinate with other customers Cross Selling).
Improving the profitability of the portfolio.
Ensure the implementation of marketing strategy within the Debt advisory / arrangement section
Identify existing and potential key Clients and define their needs
Manage Clients relationships in a way to achieve set targets.
Maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of other Business Units products and services
Identify new products and services to meet Clients requirements and needs.
Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneous Growth)
Oversee the state of the clients to ensure their solvency.
Liaise with segments to provide high quality service levels and ensure adequate turnaround times.
Collect all required documents to make a credit decision.
Implementing field visits to SME clients


Bachelors Degree from a recognized university .2 years Corporate experience in a leading international/Regional Bank.Thorough understanding of the full range of banking products and servicesProven ability to develop relationships with SME companiesProven analytical and modeling skills and thorough understanding of financial statements.Fluency in English.Excellent communication, networking and selling skills.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills.
