Job Purpose /Summary:
Ensure that all organizational processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
Roles, Responsibilities and duties:
1. Supervision of QC Officers: Manage QC officers, provide guidance, ensure proper training, and monitor performance.
2. Statistical Sampling: Implement statistical sampling methods for quality control, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
3. Inspection: Oversee inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
4. Data Analysis for Trending Non-conformities: Analyze data to identify trends in non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.
5. RCA (Root Cause Analysis): Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
6. Checksheets Update: Regularly update checksheets to address potential problems and quality defects, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.Additional qualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control or a related field.Proven experience in managing and supervising a quality control team.Proficiency in statistical sampling methods and quality control tools.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex quality issues.High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor the QC team
