Senior Projects Sales Engineer

Job Purpose:

Frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for growth in project sales segments in Egypt region through lead conversions and sales which is more akin to consultancy and focuses on the selection of products required for a particular project. It aims to influence the buying decision by shifting the focus away from cost and instead considering factors around quality such as lifetime operating costs, durability, sustainability, fulfilling building regulations, and providing information on installation and use.

Role:

to build demand for the products by promoting awareness of its long-term benefits. Create loyalty to the products through strong, trusted relationships with clients based on their technical expertise and product knowledge. Also to be instrumental in product development, driving specifications, and increasing sales and market share.

Job Description:

•  Identifying new projects and business opportunities coming up in the market to initiate sales and meet annual sales target.

• Travell to visit potential clients and projects.

• Develop relations with new accounts to understand their needs and inform relevant departments for future considerations and maintain a close contact with existing clients to build trust and loyalty.

• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

 • Create financial proposals for contractors aligned with their specifications and BOQ, to participate in new project biddings and profitable business opportunities.

 •Participate in negotiations and meetings with potential clients to discuss products, availability, price, discounts, etc. to reach an agreement and proceed with the sales orders.

 •Recording and maintaining clients contact data and opportunities over CRM.

 • Follow up on the delivery of the approved products from the time of setting the purchase order to delivering it and handle any relevant documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness and to provide good experience to clients.

• Monitor competitors’ activities and practices to introduce products and prices that match the market thus facilitate winning projects more effectively.

• Support marketing activity by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

 

 


Bachelor of Engineering or Fine Arts or Applied arts is required.Has a valid driving license and a car is Must.Electronic Mail Software — Email software; Microsoft OutlookInternet Browser Software — Microsoft Internet ExplorerOffice Suite Software — Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.ERP and CRM background  Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.Negotiation — Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behaviors.Excellent presentation skills. Willingness to travel.Excellent command of English.
