General Tasks:
- Answering all employee requests and questions, and solve any issues in a timely manner.
- Prepares new-employee files.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Execute all employee termination procedures, including advising employees on their rights and any benefits they are entitled to.
- Help with new hires boarding procedures, activate email, organize an HR Orientation, send an announcement, and ensure that all necessary paper work and steps are done.
- Send the legal contract as well as the social insurance forms to the legal department, and follow-up on all previously send documents status (form 6 and form 1).
- Follow-up on the implementation of the performance evaluation process and prepares an analysis report when required.
- Send attendance reports to unit heads on a weekly basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
- Create any related HR report when required by the manager.
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)Experience with HR databaseIn-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
