We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Manager to join our team at our Giant Group company. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our accounting records. Your role will involve participating in the preparation of monthly cash reports, handling inter-company cost allocations, performing month-end prepayments and accruals, and maintaining a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in preparing monthly cash reports.
2. Handle inter-company cost allocations.
3. Perform month-end prepayments and accruals.
4. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure.
5. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
6. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
7. Assist in preparing taxation reports in Egypt.
8. Ensure accounting records are accurate and compliant with laws and regulations.
9. Develop and maintain internal controls and an effective accounting system and policies for the company.
10. Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Accounting.10+ years of extensive experience in a similar role.Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role within the industry.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficient in financial software and MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred.Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.Familiarity with bank accounts and ability to obtain credit facilities.Familiarity with financial analysis and cash flow management.Ability to negotiate with banks.Strong personality and ability to multitask efficiently.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Previous experience working in factories is preferred.Resides in or around the 10th of Ramadan area.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.Coordinate and complete annual audits.Provide recommendations.Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.Meet financial accounting objectives.Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.Other:It is preferable to attach a CV in both Arabic and English.Awareness of monetary agreements.
