As the Senior Business Development & Sales Engineer, you will be key to championing solution-based business development opportunities for some of our largest and most important customers. This means we will depend on you to use your creativity and expertise to transform ambiguous and often complex opportunities into significant deals.

In this role, you will also support the growth of the business by providing technical sales support for customers and the regional sales force, including pre and post client interaction throughout the sales process. Job Responsibilities:

  • Promoting awareness of our products through regular outdoor visits to the consultant & design offices
  • Creating loyalty to our products through strong, trusted relationships with clients based on technical expertise and product knowledge. 
  • can also be instrumental in product development, driving specifications, and increasing sales and market share
  • Writing and maintaining accurate records and documents is also a regular part of the role. These may include target records and sales reports, customer and project information, quotations, and growth areas.
  • Focus on creating opportunities at an early stage in the design process in order to secure product specifications.
  • Participate in the entire sales process – initial discovery, project review and design submission.
  • Promoting awareness of our products through regular outdoor visits to the consultant & design offices
  • Work with customers to present a technical perspective on the company’s sales offering. Provide 
  • Alternative solutions as required to meet the customers’ needs.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Teams to obtain the quotes in support of sales opportunities

  • Assist with development of customer presentation tools and coordination of customers site visits
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments
  • Provide company representation in industry forums, conferences, and related events
  • Interface with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individual end users
  • implement product and application training programs for Sales organization
  • Use the CRM system to record the potential opportunities & activities 

 10+ years of relevant experienceExcellent analytical, written, verbal communications, and documentation skillsAbility to maintain focus and business acumen under sometimes-stressful sales/business negotiations.Must be able to communicate technological solutions and product knowledge not only to technical but to business users as well.Understanding of the Sales Cycle and where the Sales Engineering Team is responsibleMust excel in competitive situations.Materials product knowledge.Resilience and tenacity.Problem-solving skillsThe ability to build relationships with clients quickly.ERP & CRM knowledge.Very Good communication and presentation skills.Other Requirements Gender: Males / Females but must be able to travel and reallocate for a week within Cairo. Must own a carPreferred:Background:  Must be Applied Arts/ Architect/ Interior DesignLanguage Skills:  Excellent English LanguageTechnical Skills; Auto Cad – Photoshop and sketch up.
