Female Preferred Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in written communication with an emphasis on grammar and spelling. Knowledge of crisis management and conflict resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Familiarity with content creation and graphic design is a plus. Knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance. A commitment to maintaining a positive online environment and upholding the brand's values.
