HR Administrator

Egypt - Giza
  1. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
  2. supervise and follow up on all company equipment's Such as (Private Cars - Rental Cars - Clarks & Heavy Equipment's)
  3. Arrange travel accommodations and transportation process expense employees forms
  4. Organize and maintain personnel records
  5. Creating staff handbooks and newsletters and SIM cards
  6. Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  7. Updating employee holiday and sickness records
  8. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  9.  Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  10.  Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  11.  Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  12. Communicate and deal with stakeholders (Owners of Housing - Cars Rental - Collogues )

Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant roleExperience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMSComputer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)Thorough knowledge of labor laws & Social InsuranceExcellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projectsStrong phone, email and in-person communication skillsBS in Human Resources or relevant field
