The main responsibilities: 

• Planning, organizing, directing and controlling production employees and workers and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of production processes.
• Develop daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the Operations Department.
• Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes, application of quality standards and procedures in force in the company, and documentation of production processes.
• Determine needs for raw materials, prepare orders for production process inputs, and submit them to the purchasing department.
• Determine the needs of human resources necessary to work in the production department, participate in selecting workers in the department, determine the training needs of each individual, train and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for the individuals.
• Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are applied in the factory.
• Follow up on maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and submit reports regarding maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment.
• Evaluating the progress of production processes and making the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
• Submitting reports on everything related to the progress of production operations, achievements and failures to senior management.
• Making recommendations regarding reward and punishment based on the performance evaluation of employees
