Job Vacancy: Sales 

Are you passionate about sales and customer satisfaction? We're currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update technical specifications' flyers for the model range to ensure optimal presentation of product information to sales channels and customers, aligning with brand standards.
- Coordinate with the CEO for the preparation and issuance of product materials such as flyers, brochures, and specs sheets.
- Provide necessary data and reports to the sales team and stakeholders.
- Manage administrative duties for the sales department.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure all prerequisites for delivering sold products to customers are met before the promised delivery date, providing progress reports to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing quotations and contracts.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by collecting and distributing sales lead information.
- Maintain updated contact information for clients and ensure data accuracy in the system.
- Manage customer complaints effectively, striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement CRM strategies and best practices to enhance customer relations and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and handle customer complaints, tracking progress and escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer relations, proposing improvement plans and initiatives.
- Generate reports on CRM sales data, analytics, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure effective CRM implementation across the company.
- Continuously improve service quality by evaluating and redesigning processes and communicating service metrics effectively.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in B2B or training sales.
- Experience in providing sales training and mentoring to new hires.
- Proficiency in sales management, including team leadership and strategy implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
