Some tasks: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and architecture, along with excellent technical skills and attention to detail. The Architect will be responsible for designing and supervising the construction of buildings and structures that are functional, aesthetically pleasing and meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences and budget constraints. 2. Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for feedback and approval. 3. Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. 4. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes and regulations. 5. Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models and renderings, to clients and stakeholders. 6. Manage projects from concept to completion, including supervising construction activities and resolving any design issues that may arise. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends, materials and technologies and incorporate them into design solutions when appropriate. 8-Providing guidance and guidance to junior employees and trainees. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 2. An architect with a union certificate with at least [two years of] experience in the field of architectural design and project management. 3. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. 4. A strong sense of design and creativity, with a collection showcasing a range of architectural projects. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. 6. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and building processes. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
