  • Leads a team of three HR Specialists.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Create HR Policies and ensure all company policies' are applied consistently.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Ensure legal compliance.
  • Support in recruiting and hiring a competent workforce.
  • Chairs any employee selection committees or meetings for the middle and lower positions as delegated by the executive board.
  • Draft staff work contracts for the executive board validation and signature.
  • Assist in the new arrival’s smooth integration and organization of orientations in liaison with the staff line managers.
  • Assist the executive board  in searching and update the best sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates for the open vacancies.
  • Maintain the TECHNOBIT database including monthly payroll calculation report, ensure its validation by the executive board .
  • Manage the contact with the labor and insurance office in Egypt for employee reports and declarations.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys and keeps the strategy up to date.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Develop an employment payment plans.

Perform any other tasks as maybe be requested by the line manager.


Proven working experience as HR Supervisor/ Section Head or other senior level HR Position.People oriented and results drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesDegree in Human Resources or related field3 Years to 7 years of Experience in Human Resources.HR Diploma or any other HR relevant courses.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business AdministrationFluent English language (writing and speaking)Advanced in Office.
