This is a full-time Chef De Cuisine role at El Gouna Red Sea located in Hurghada. As a Chef De Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will ensure that all dishes meet quality and safety standards, and that the kitchen operates efficiently. This is an on-site role, and you will be working in Hurghada.


Culinary arts degree or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or similar roleStrong knowledge of culinary techniques and international cuisinesAbility to create innovative and appealing menusExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a high-pressure environmentAttention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishesKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsExperience in managing a diverse team of kitchen staff
