- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Supervising the planning and organization of warehouse work, monitoring inventory, following up on the implementation of various operations, and participating in setting goals, policies, initiatives, and operational plans for supply and distribution. Ensure the application of best practices and standards related to warehouse management and inventory control, adherence to legal and technical safety standards related to warehouse management, and providing the appropriate storage environment to preserve assets and prevent their damage or unauthorized use. Supervising the organization and arrangement of materials in the warehouses, ensuring their coding and placing the arrival date on them, and ensuring that storage operations are carried out in the correct manner for the materials inside the warehouses in a way that guarantees their safety and prevents their loss or damage
