•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

•Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications for open positions.

•Source candidates through various channels.

•Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.

•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.

•Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

•Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development programs.

•Support the performance management process.

•Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

•Prepare and analyze HR reports related to recruitment and organizational development activities.

•Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and organizational development.


•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.•Familiarity with organizational development concepts and practices.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.•Certification in HR is a plus.• preferably 6th of October or Giza residents
