Role Description

 

  • Regularly monitors CRM and ensures regular updates are being made.
  • Reviews and approves financial offers and prepares contract documents for review by General Manager prior to negotiation with clients.
  • Takes a solutions and consultative selling approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met
  • Communicates with Marketing campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
  • Explains payment cycle procedures to customers to avoid any ambiguities.
  • Processes work order information and handles Jobs' schedules in coordination with the Operations Manager & fleet Manager depending on workers availability.
  • Handles customer complaints, provides logical solutions and attempt to resolve the complaint.
  • Submits monthly and quarterly Reports to align Management with target achievement and deviations if any.
  • Responsible for all client’s relation, existing and new, and reaching highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide Management and Marketing with all Reports required, sales, and marketing reports
  • Make sure sales revenue is achieved and reporting any issue on the spot

Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executiveHands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experienceKnowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAn ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on timeBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeBSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
