Partner & More is hiring a Talent Acquisition & OD Executive for a global leading company in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be able to execute all of the following tasks:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development programs.
• Support the performance management process.
• Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports related to recruitment and organizational development activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and organizational development.
• English Fluent/ Excellent.• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.• Familiarity with organizational development concepts and practices.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.• Certification in HR is a plus.*Residents of 6th October & Giza area are preferred.
