- Identify, negotiate, and secure turnkey projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.- Proven experience in selling Low voltage and medium voltage switchgear- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly.- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Willingness to travel as needed.
