  • Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets through lead generation, and deal closures.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote ARC Technologies' solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Provide oversight and assistance in pre-sales technical activities, collaborating with the technical team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure turnkey projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the development of new products and services.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.- Proven experience in selling Low voltage and medium voltage switchgear- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly.- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Willingness to travel as needed.
