We're looking for a passionate and articulate Customer Service Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first line of contact for our valued telecom customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries.

Requirements:Fluent English speaker with a B2 to C1 level (comfortable communicating with customers)Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear and concise is key!)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (think on your feet and find solutions)Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment (stay organized and manage your time well)Flexibility with night and overnight shifts (willingness to work various hours is a plus)Customer service experience a plus (previous experience is valuable, but we're happy to train the right candidate!)
