  • Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
    Administering employee benefits programs and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
    Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
    Supporting HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition with experience from 3 to 5 years.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.Proven Experience in Manufacturing is a must, FMCG is preferred.Previous experience in hiring blue & white collars is a must.
