Planning/ BIM engineers are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are coordinated and completed within set deadlines, on budget, and in line with all the relevant specifications standards and regulations.
- Prepare a Project baseline for initial approval from the contractor.
- Prepare Project Model and Be able to extract clashes.
- Update the project schedule based on the time frame mentioned in the contract.
- Prepare a 4D schedule.
- Perform Project Delay Analysis.
- Analyzing engineering drawings and specifications.
Bachelor's in construction engineering, civil engineering or architectural engineering.0-2 years of experience.Fluent English Language.GPA: 3.0 or above.Giza residents (Zayed or 6th of October) are encouraged to apply.
