- Develop maintenance plans and schedules (preventive & corrective) for utilities (HVAC, Boilers, AHU, Compressors, pumps, tanks, firefighting and chillers) and infrastructure to ensure the best utilization in the factory.
- Setting departmental objectives manage KPIs dashboards and analyze periodically reports.
- Hire, coach, develop, empower & evaluate performance utilities engineers and technicians.
- Manage and coordinate installation maintenance and work instructions and schedules among utilities staff.
- Participating in the preparation of maintenance programs, directing the implementation of such programs, investigating modification and new projects proposals, examining equipment performance and providing recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance cost.
