- Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries.
- Preparing presentation material for business and client to researching on their needs.
- Collaborate with digital product marketing team across digital solutions to find opportunities for and showcase ideas in the Innovation and emerging business pipeline.
- Coordinates closely with technical teams in all aspects of capture and proposal processes
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues.
- Manages a database of partners, setting up meetings and facilitating relationships with existing customers and new ones.
- Develop and acquire new business to achieve the company's objectives.
- Negotiate, manage, and review ongoing contracts with clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.3 to 5 years' experience in Account management, Sales or similar roles.Experience in Fintech or Education Sectors would be a plus.Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
