  • Identifies and understands different needs, requirements, and standards of supply chain department to technically implement them using Oracle E-business suite supply chain application modules.
  • Collaborates with supply chain related teams (including purchasing, inventory management, demand planning, sales, etc…) to develop and implement supply chain plans and strategies.
  • Performs setup and reviews the implementation of any new module for oracle e-business suite to ensure it meets the needed business requirements.
  • Conducts regular audits on the supply chain modules to ensure their compliance with defined standards and procedures, data accuracy and the efficiency of modules.
  • Reviews system updates or any updates of supply chain modules to ensure they comply with business needs and don’t affect system efficiency.
  • Monitors the performance of Oracle supply chain modules to ensure their optimization for maximum speed and scalability, and to conduct needed maintenance and troubleshooting in case of identifying any technical issues, loading issues, error messages, or bugs.
  • Follows up on users’ feedback and receives service requests (SR) to identify the technical problems and find solutions as well as communicate with the external oracle system service provider, if needed, to resolve them.  
  • Trains and educates employees on the effective use of Oracle supply chain modules ensuring proper understanding and adherence to established procedures.
  • Coordinates with supply chain team and the external oracle system service provider to provide inputs and requests needed for the future enhancement, implementation, or development.

Bachelor 's Degree preferred in Computer science 1-3 years of experience in oracle supply chain application specially in order management, purchasing and inventory Proven experience in oracle E- Business Suits
