At Menaitech, we're seeking a Business and Partnership Specialist to foster growth through strategic alliances. Drive business development, manage partnerships, and propel revenue growth in our dynamic environment. If you're skilled at building strong relationships and strategic thinking, this role offers an opportunity to play a vital role in advancing HR technology in the MENA region. Responsibilities Maintaining contact with designated partners to ensure they received a service in line with company values. Supporting partners with any queries using company processes to give the best experience. Assisting partners in understanding how best to use our technology. Delivering product demonstrations tailored to the partner’s needs and or their customers. Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to process or action any requests from designated channel partners. Accurately forecasting for revenues and manage any opportunities or risks. Making recommendations to change partner management status based on performance. Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the management team and other involved company functions. Working closely with the Marketing team to establish a successful channel and partner programs. Delivering product demonstrations tailored to the partner’s needs and or their customers. Managing channel partnerships and close strategic opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology or any related field. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer success or client facing roles. Have problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience operating in a high growth and fast-paced culture. Understanding of Saa S business operations, sales processes, and methodologies. Experience in building or managing partnerships and programs around CRM systems in a large-scale environment. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills in both Arabic and English. Strong connections in Saudi market (B2 B).
