As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-end motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and marketing professionals, to create visually stunning and effective content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of complex and visually compelling motion graphics and animations for various platforms including web, social media, broadcast, and presentations.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and design concepts to effectively communicate creative ideas.
- Execute motion design projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop new and innovative approaches to visual storytelling.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior motion graphics designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
- Ensure all motion graphics projects meet the technical requirements and standards for various platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.Minimum of 2 - 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a senior or lead role.Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant motion graphics and animation tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics projects and animations.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content.Experience with 3D animation and modeling is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
