  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • track sales and status reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Manage and update customer information, interactions, and opportunities on data base

Bachelor degreeProven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role is preferred Demonstrated ability to prospect and acquire new customersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and results-orientedStrong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent command pf Arabic and EnglishAbility to travel occasionally for client meetings or company event
