- Meet and assist our guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and provide personalized escort and assistance.
- Monitoring the guest members within tour groups.
- Accompany tourists on some excursions, sightseeing, and travel points.
- Liaise closely with the file’s tour operator to achieve a successful trip.
- Checkup and revise all travel arrangements (rooming list, police report, guests’ Passport copy, Private entrance permits, hotel RC and welcome letters, Sightseeing tickets, optional trips, and restaurant’s booking for its menu & prices).
- Revise any other guest special requests.
- Check-up on all domestic flight tickets such as arrival & Departure sheets.
Experienced or/and Fresh GradDiploma / Certificate University, a degree in Tourism is preferred.Fluency in English is a must. Ability to communicate and deal with people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds.Presentable with excellent communication skills and excellent Health.Positive attitude, Excellent problem-solving skills, and team worker.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidence. Pro-active, ability to work during evenings and on weekends.Honest, Reliable, and TrustworthyPersonal travel experience will be considered an advantage.Very Accurate, Organized & Committed
