1- Study the tender documents (specifications, drawing, BOQ, method of measurements and contracts) to take the project details into consideration
2- Review the project and in case there are technical errors in the project, send them to the team leader.
3- Coordinate with other departments to determine the cost of common items.
4- Follow up the preparation of the request of quotation to be sent to the suppliers to get pricing offers.
5- Review the comparison sheet and select the best vendor based on clients’ requirements and project’s specs.
6- Finalize the cost break down and send it to the manager to be reviewed.
7- Prepare and review the Technical and Commercial Submittal with the document control before sending it to the client.
8- Provide the Tender Engineers with support to resolve any complex issues and improve their performance
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering experience in Engineering Design and Construction Inception is a must.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
