Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and operational processes to ensure the efficient operation of our business. They will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing order fulfillment and shipment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices, bills, and expenses into the company accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Issue electronic invoices in the governmental portal in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for order placement and fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Create order shipments in the Courier dashboard or via phone and send shipment receipts to vendors for verification.
• Follow up on shipments' delivery to customers' addresses and communicate with courier support to resolve any issues or delays.
• Update order status in the company dashboard to keep stakeholders informed of order progress and shipment details.
• Regularly update product prices and stock levels in the company database or website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for customers.
• Ensure proper data management of website products, including product descriptions, images, and specifications.
