Executive Secretary

  • Provide administrative support to MD, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel logistics
  • Organize, schedule & participate in meetings and take detailed minutes take notes and keep track of action items to ensure follow-up and completion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with preparing and monitoring budget and expense reports

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field4+ years of experience in a similar roleFluency in English is a mustProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProfessional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPrevious experience in administrative or secretarial roles is preferred
