  1. Develop annual marketing plan and budgeting
  2. Set annual marketing objectives.
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Plan and execute offers, promotions and sellouts with sales channels to support sales and develop sales enablement materials and strategies to support lead generation and conversion
  6. Collaborate with the creative team in-house and outsourced agencies to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
  7. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
  8. Track and analyze key marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  9. Identify target market segments and develop targeted marketing initiatives to reach and engage specific audiences.
  10. Monitor industry trends and stay updated on emerging marketing techniques and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  11. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to achieve desired ROI.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  13. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key marketing insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a marketing manager, experience in the automotive sector is a plusIn-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
