- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, storages, and virtualization
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
- Install, Manage, Configure, Active Directory as DHCP, DNS, GPO, ….. etc.
- Manage, troubleshoot SAN Storage, NAS Storage, Veeam backup and replication server.
- Configure, Manage antivirus server and security roles for all users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Create both High-level design HLD, Low-level Design.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Configure, manage, troubleshoot ESXI, VMs, vCenter Server, HA, DRS ….etc.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required3-5 years system administration experienceSystem administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other related fields are a plusSolid experience of virtualization, VMWare, servers, or equivalentStrong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocolsExperience with scripting and automation toolsStrong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of storage, backup & data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
