1.Issue the daily physical count report by generating it from the system which includes stock level of the gold or diamonds or stones, the WIP (Work in Process) of each worker and supervisor to summarize all the daily activities to be sent the finance department.
2. Conduct the daily data entry of the food, transportation based on the number of the employees per unit by the coordination of the admin department.
3. Receive the overtime documents from the production supervisors to conduct these data on the system on daily.
4. Receive the vouchers from the production supervisors and record all data on BAAN system.
5. Calculate the productivity of the workers by calculating on daily basis the number of stones and overtime to measure the productivity of the Diamond workers to be sent to the Costing Senior Accountant.
6. Issue the monthly bonus sheet by reviewing the productivity sheet to be sent to the Cost Control Manager.
7. Conduct data entry on the system to the models pricing to be ready for the sales team and validate them with the costing senior accounting.
8. Participate in the monthly inventory conducted by Cost Senior Accountants.
9. Review the non-moving items and the slow-moving items and issue a weekly report to be sent to the Cost Control Manager to take the appropriate corrective action.
10. Working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and positive results by discussing and solving problems/ issues with other departments.
Basic Requirements:BSC. Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field from a reputable university.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail accounting in Fashion retail industry.Good to very good command of English Language.Gender: Any.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel specifically).Obour City, Al-Shorouk, Heliopolis, 5th settlement or nearby residents.Competencies:Proactive, Diligent and Detail-oriented person.Strong analytical skills with high ability to deal with numbers.High ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.Demonstrates high eagerness to learn.Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time with being result oriented.Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.Very strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to handle dealing with different sorts of people.
