As a SAP B1 Technical Support Specialist at Mashura Consultants, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using SAP Business One software. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of SAP B1 systems, enabling our clients to leverage the full potential of their solution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth technical support to clients using SAP Business One (B1) software, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and diagnose technical issues, analyzing system logs and error messages to determine root causes and develop appropriate solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the integrity and performance of SAP B1 solutions, documenting test results and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for clients and end-users, empowering them to effectively use and maintain SAP B1 systems.
- Stay updated on new releases, patches, and updates for SAP B1 software, performing system upgrades and migrations as needed to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to support ongoing projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and guidance as required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist in a Software House or Technology-based company, with a strong understanding of ERP solutions.Background experience in different ERP solutions is highly preferable, with specific expertise in SAP Business One (B1) being an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams at all levels.
