  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Act as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies

Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similarAble to design and produce relevant training materialsCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsFamiliarity with e-learning platforms and practicesExperience in training budgeting & TNAProficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumenAbility to build rapport with employees and vendorsAble to solve problems quickly and resolve issuesBSc/BA in Business, or a related field
