System Engineer / Solution Consultant (CCaaS)

Job Duties:

  • Omni-channel Contact center technology deployments (Genesys Cloud CCaaS)
  • AI Voice & Digital BOTs setup
  • Offer comprehensive maintenance and technical support 
  • Conduct thorough investigations into voice and data quality issues on the network, identifying and resolving potential concerns
  • Provide On-Site and Online Support of integrated solutions including CCaaS, network, digital and telephony technologies
  • Collaborate on technical documentation pertaining to projects, including Scope of Work (SoW), Design documents, As-Built records, and other relevant materials
  • Creation of solutions to business needs and participation in documenting customer requirements
  • Engage with Genesys support by opening cases, Escalating cases and gathering logs
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive reporting on all implemented tasks

Bachelor degree in computer science, communication engineering or equivalent.Excellent level in English (written and spoken)Strong technical skills  (SQL, Windows, Network, VOIP)Solid Knowledge of Networking and VoIP technology (SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT).Ability to understand and analyze business needs and find solutionsAbility to learn new technologiesExternal and Internal communication skillsPre-sales technical support and presentation skills
