- Coordinate and collaborate with the PMO Director to lead the planning and execution of MEP and Infrastructure works on all project’s sites.
- Enhance and support the MEP construction function through managing and leading employees, monitoring the scope of work, progress and contractor performance to ensure budget, quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage the implementation of mechanical & electrical engineering design and development plans by providing expertise during construction phases of projects and ensure that the deliverables / works executed by the consultant/ contractors are as agreed in terms of quality, standards, materials, schedule and cost.
- Manage the projects teams by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching in line with the project management plans, policies and procedures to meet Cred goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus budget to ensure awareness of anticipated costs, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
