  • Responsible for interview and hiring processes.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Responsible for OD activities , JDs, Succession plan, Career path , Polices & procedures
  • Responsible for technical training for new different items
  • Launching promotions calendar & new product training aligned with line managers.
  • Ensure that all staff are well trained and aware of all products & suggestive selling
  • Participate in enhancing organization culture.

Bachelor Degree in business or any related field3-5 years of experience in same position .HR Diploma/Certificate is a must.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skills
