Job Title: Assistant Contracts Manager


Location: North Coast Project, Egypt


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in monitoring contract performance and compliance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Track and report contract milestones, deliverables, payments, and obligations.
  • Conduct regular contract reviews to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support contract amendments or variations by assessing impact, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including contract summaries, correspondence, and related documentation.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes and claims.
  • Conduct contract analysis and performance reporting to evaluate vendor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper execution of contracts.
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to contracts and contract management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Contracts Manager and the Contracts Management team as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience working in contract management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Proficient in using contract management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry (preferred, but not required).
