Job Summary:

Managing company human resources & personnel , recruit, screen, and interview job applicants and place newly hired workers in jobs


Job Description:

  • Consult with employers to identify hiring needs.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Interview job applicants about their relevant experience, education, and skills.
  • Check applicants' references and backgrounds.
  • Inform applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions.
  • Hire or refer qualified applicants.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements:BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant fieldProven working experience as an HR GeneralistRetail and Manufacturing background PreferredKnowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsSolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsCarrying out a range of administrative tasks in the area of HR (including filing, archiving, document registration, maintaining databases, etc.).
